1990s: Mistall’s founder, Blake Laufer, launched his first company, Logic4U, building DOS-based parking permit and enforcement software.

1999: Logic4U was acquired by T2 Systems, where Blake became VP of Development and led the creation of T2 Flex®, the first cloud-hosted parking management platform.

2017: Seeing a gap in surface lot data, Blake founded Mistall to bring reliable, affordable vehicle counting to underserved parking environments.

2022: Sales leader Franklin McPherson, Blake’s first hire at Logic4U, rejoined to help scale Mistall’s reach across North America and beyond.
