How SafePlate Works
1. SafePlate receives plate-based data from the systems you already use.
2. It converts each license plate into a one-way hash and leaves everything else (time, location, parker type and data source) unchanged.
3. The original plate text is deleted, and only the hashed version is passed into Mistall.
4. In Mistall, you analyze those hashed plates as unique IDs across time and locations, never as personal identifiers.
